100 acres of one of the largest surviving semi-natural ancient woodlands. Trails, bluebells, muntjac deer. Nearby pools with waterfowl, 1 hide. Visitor Centre & Café. Free entry Car Parking 2-4 hrs £4.40, over 4 hrs £6.60

Premier bird-watching reserve, with 7 hides. Saline pools & freshwater lakes, wide
range birds & insects – avocet, warblers, godwit, plover, possibly otter. Dragonflies. Parking, toilets, café, & opposite Webbs Garden Centre for refreshments. Wildlife Trust Members free (carry card) or £5 permit.

Huge park over many acres, red & fallow deer herds. Arrive at dawn to see sun come up
with autumn colours on mature oaks & woodland, deer roam free, best views early in the day. Rutting behaviour may be seen. Usually finish by 11am for coffee & cake in cafes opposite park. Parking up to 3 hrs £4.40, all day £5.50.
