The Wildlife Art Society International Exhibition at Hanbury Hall –

Wednesday 1st – Sunday 12th August 2018

Our second exhibition in ‘The Long gallery’ at Hanbury Hall was another great success. Following a very slow start when we began to feel nothing was going to happen we finished the show with13 pieces finding new homes, an improvement on last year.

The footfall was steady, exceeding 200 per day on weekends, and the visitors’ book is now full of glowing comments, and one local couple who said they came in to most of the exhibitions thought it the best they had seen there. 35 TWASI artists contributed to the show with the usual display of high quality work depicting many wildlife and natural history subjects in a variety of media and approaches on the theme ‘Flora and fauna in the British landscape’.
